Innovation from Siemens – Zeolith

Zeolith innovative technology helps dry the dishes particularly efficiently. Zeolith is a naturally occurring mineral able to absorb moisture and turn it into heat energy. Mineral radiates heat; thereby drying the dishes is fast and energy efficient, reducing energy consumption to a minimum.

Induction hobs

Induction hobs are slowly but surely conquering consumers' love. And this is not surprising, because they are very cost-effective, productive and safe. Their operating principle is based on the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction. Unlike traditional electric cooking surfaces induction hobs directly heat the cookware and not the hob ring. Thereby induction hobs use less energy and do not heat the surrounding air that has a beneficial effect on the microclimate of the kitchen. The room with such a cooker is not so hot, and that is particularly true of kitchens in cafes and restaurants, where normally many devices are running at the same time.

Keep in mind that all wooden surfaces may change the appearance over time not only depending on the climate characteristics and the environmental conditions, but also on how the owner takes care of them.

1. In addition to general conditions of maintenance, we recommend using a soft cloth or chamois leather wetted and well squeezed out before use for cleaning. Always dry thoroughly (wipe with a dry cloth) wetted areas at the end of the cleaning.

2. Good alternative is a systematic dry cleaning using a vacuum cleaner equipped with a "soft brush" type attachment.

3. It is recommended to use wood polishes. With that said, polishes and other chemical specialties that have contraindications for food contact cannot be used for furniture polishing (handling). Carefully read the instructions!

4. It is categorically inadmissible to use abrasive cleaners or rough scrubbing material (scrapers, sponges coated with the fiber-like plastic or metal material) during cleaning.

Lacquered surfaces

Keep in mind that all lacquered surfaces may change the colour over time not only depending on the climate characteristics and the environmental conditions, the nature of care, but most importantly, depending on the degree of exposure to light.

1. It is recommended to use for cleaning a dry soft cloth or chamois leather with cleaners specially designed for that purpose, which often have polishing properties.

2. Polishes for lacquered furniture surfaces could be used, as they usually have cleaning properties as well. With that said, polishes and other chemical specialties that have contraindications for food contact cannot be used for furniture polishing (handling). Carefully read the instructions!

3. It is categorically inadmissible to use abrasive cleaners or rough scrubbing material (scrapers, sponges coated with the fiber-like plastic or metal material) during cleaning.
